Cookie Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn more about how we process your data and to learn about your rights regarding the processing of your personal data.

1.         About cookies

1.1.       A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests
a page from the server. Cookies are small pieces of data stored on a site visitor's browser. They are typically used to keep track of the settings users have selected and actions they have taken on a site.

Cookies can be set by us and these are called first party cookies. Where cookies are set by another domain other than Hyperion Legal Consulting, these are called third party. For avoidance of doubt, cookies cannot be used to
identify you personally.

1.2.     Our Cookies are either "persistent" cookies or "session" cookies: a persistent cookie will be stored by a web browser and will remain valid until its set expiry date, unless deleted by the user before the expiry date; a session
cookie, on the other hand, will expire at the end of the user session, when the web browser is closed. They typically store information in the form of a session identification that does not personally identify the user.

1.3.     Cookies do not typically contain any information that personally identifies a user, but personal information that we store about you may be linked to the information stored in and obtained from cookies.
